You guys do a good job at setting the stage with your opening literature and then go beyond all expectations with the actual activities. The cooking sessions at the Villa and introductions to pottery and cheese making emphasized hands-on participation and we delighted in those activities. The Wineries, olive oil production, and dairy visits really took us beyond a surface scratch and provided much greater depth. The owners and staff at these places were wonderful - passionate, interested, and truly keyed on providing as much detail as time allowed. And since we're on staff, the Culture Discovery crew, Larisa, Maggie, Karla, Katya, Alesseo, and the rest are absolutely top shelf. Completely service focused with a strong commitment to integrated teamwork, instruction, and fun. Great fun. A super added feature for us was the team's, through Larisa's leadership, celebration of Lynda's birthday on the 30th. Thank you all so much - for that day and the entire experience.
